Quality cotton, horrible buttons

I fell in love with this shirt at a Nordstroms but they didn’t have my size so I ordered it at KJB. I love the high quality of the cotton of this shirt and the fit is super flattering. However, the first day I got it, 6 buttons came off. It’s unsettling that a $400 shirt has buttons that just come off so easily. I spent 20 minutes sowing them back on.
